RETURNS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We are happy to exchange an item if it has arrived damage or mislabeled. Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.
Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order.
We do not cover returns for products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
All returns are at customers expense. Customers must ensure goods are securely packed for safe return transit and product is in unused condition.
Once returns have been received, items are inspected for any use/damage, after that we will issue a refund for the cost of the items. No refunds are given for shipping charges.
